I am wondering what they brought to collision center from Euromotors?????

I saw several GTC waiting for repair at Euro Motors Collision center (Clinton,MD).

I wonder what kind of item might be in these car? Like couple of boxes in the back seat? like mime??? Who knows.

The trailer loaded other vehicle belongs to EuroMotors!!!

It has damage on left side as mine, it is Mercedes Service vehicle, of course, it belongs to
Euromotors (Germantown,MD)

BUT!!! I COULD NOT SEE ANY BOXES, TRASHES, OR EVEN SMALL FILES!!!


NOW I REALIZE THAT HOW THE EUROMOTORS (GERMANTOWN,MD) IS TAKING CARE OF THIER CUSTMERS.


IF YOU WANT A SERVICE AT EUROMOTORS (GERMANTOWN,MD) , PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLE IS PACKED WITH YOUR STUFFS,


OTHERSWISE, THEY WILL PACK YOUR TRUNK TIGHT.

DON'T GIVE THEM AN EMPTY SPACE.

Someone from Euromotors Collision center took boxes ( or trash) away from my ML350

Is that trash, recycles, or customers informaion?

Euromotors (Germantown,MD) might need some database specialist.

The Reason why I AM VERY ANGRY WITH EUROMOTORS (GERMANTOWN,MD)!!!

AS you can see, the EuroMotors (Germantown, MD) loaded a lot of boxes in my ML trunk and rear seat. These are customers of Euro Motors information with VIN number !!!!

Is that all trash? or EuroMotors (Germantown, MD) take care customers informaion in this condition?

Wow, it is really amazing. Either one can't be a good answer.

They can't take care of customer's confidential informaion like that.

Also, my ML 350 is not the UPS, the Fedex or their moving storage.

I asked the body shop manager . ( I don't want to tell you his name.) "why did you put your junks in my car? "

He answered " we used to do that when we have something to transfer from Euro motors (Germantown) to EuroMotors Collision center (Clinton,MD) .

OMG, what a good answer to customer!!!

I am really disappointed with their service mental.

Before the Euromotors (Germantown) Bodyshop

only rear right side has damaged.( estimate repair price is around $2,500)

My Mercedes Benz ML350 and.. accident..

I have a pretty stong and reliable ML350,it was damaged rear right side by truck.( 3rd,Oct.09)
I wanted to repair as same as before the condition of the accident.

I dropped off my ML350 at EuroMotors Germantown,MD on Friday (9th,Oct,09).
And it remained at Euromotors Parking lot during weekend. ( I saw my ML350 remaining in their rear parking lot on Saturday)

Monday, (12th,Oct 09 )Finally, my ML350 was loaded on the trailer with two other Mercedes. However, I was infomed that when the truck tried to make a right turn, it felled down on the road. ( I didn't get police report yet).

Before I knew this happened that day in the morning, I called Euromotors Body shop Manager to ask when the repair will be finished.

He answered that his computer is not booting up yet and he said he will call me back asap.
But I didn't get any call back until 5P.M. I left a voice mail several times, and finally The Body shop manager called me and explained to me about accident of trailer.
So, I requested infomation of lot location and condition of my ML350.

Tuesday Morning,(13th,Oct 09) I went to Euro Motors Collision center ( Clinton, MD )
